Production area 
Vineyards in the Valpolicella Classica area, located in the municipality of Fumane. 

Grape varieties 
Corvina and Corvinone 60%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%, others 10%. 

Alcohol by volume
12,5% vol. 

Grape harvesting 
Grapes hand-picked when ripe, then crushed. 

Fermentation 
Fermented for 15-20 days. Subsequently aged in oak and steel barrels. 

Organoleptic properties 
Intense red in colour. Engaging aroma with characteristic fresh overtones of red fruit. Full, velvety flavour, good body. 

Food pairings 
Drinkable during the whole meal, this wine pairs well with elaborate starters, red and white meat, fresh cheeses.
