Grapes hand-picked when ripe, then crushed.
Fermented for 15-20 days. Subsequently aged in oak and steel barrels.
Intense red in colour. Engaging aroma with characteristic fresh overtones of red fruit. Full, velvety flavour, good body.
Drinkable during the whole meal, this wine pairs well with elaborate starters, red and white meat, fresh cheeses.
